Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Rixos Murjana Prize Draw — Promoter: Citibond Travel London Ltd
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Citibond Travel London Ltd, whose registered/business address is Freetrade House, 28–29 Lowther Road, HA7 1EP, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter, their immediate families, agents, suppliers, affiliates or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form. No purchase is necessary.
4. Opening and closing date
The prize draw opens at 00:01 on 01/09/2026. The prize draw closes at 23:59 on 30/09/2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
5. Entry limit
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.
6. The prize
There will be one winner. The prize is a holiday for two people to Rixos Murjana, Saudi Arabia. The prize includes return flights for two people, 5 nights' accommodation, all-inclusive board basis and accommodation for two people sharing one room.
7. Prize exclusions
Unless specifically stated, the prize does not include travel insurance, visa costs, airport transfers unless confirmed by the promoter, seat selection or flight upgrades, baggage beyond the airline's standard allowance, excursions, spending money, personal expenses, or any additional costs not listed as included.
8. Travel dates and availability
Travel is subject to availability. The prize must be taken within the travel validity period confirmed by the promoter and/or prize supplier. Blackout dates, peak travel periods and other restrictions may apply. Preferred dates cannot be guaranteed.
9. Travel documents and requirements
The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports and any required visas or entry permissions for Saudi Arabia. The winner and guest are responsible for complying with all destination entry requirements, airline rules and hotel policies.
10. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is not included unless expressly stated. The winner and their guest are strongly advised to arrange suitable travel insurance before travelling.
11. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place within 5 working days of the closing date.
12. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone using the contact details provided on the entry form. The winner must respond within 5 days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
13. Winner verification
The promoter may request proof of identity, age and UK residency before awarding the prize. If the winner cannot provide reasonable verification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
14. Prize conditions
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. The prize cannot be exchanged for another destination, hotel, holiday or monetary value. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
15. Guest conditions
The winner's guest must also be aged 18 or over, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter and subject to travel supplier rules. The winner and guest must travel together on the same flights and stay at the hotel on the same dates.
16. Data protection
Personal data provided by entrants will be used to administer the prize draw. If entrants sign up for the email newsletter, their details may also be used to send travel offers, holiday inspiration and related marketing communications. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy.
17. Publicity
The promoter may publish or make available the winner's surname and county, unless the winner objects or requests that the amount of information published is reduced.
18. Liability
The promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected or not received due to technical issues, network failure, website failure or any other reason beyond the promoter's reasonable control. The promoter is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred by the winner or guest that are not expressly included in the prize.
19. Disqualification
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions, provides false information, submits multiple entries, acts fraudulently, or attempts to manipulate the prize draw.
20. Changes or cancellation
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
21. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
